We’ve made it to our first major update, Patch v0.2.2! This update introduces Journal Achievements, alongside performance improvements, bug fixes, and quality-of-life updates. For you Morgan fans, her Bond is now fully unlocked as well! Enjoy yourselves, Postknights!

 

Journal Achievements (New Feature)
  • Added a total of 81 Journal Achievements.
  • Mark your achievements in a personal journal of sorts, complete with dated stamps! How memorable!
  • Bigger achievements need smaller steps to complete. Enjoy progressive rewards as you work your way towards your goals.
  • Don’t know what to do? Treat these achievements as exploration guides to enjoy the game’s many features.
  • We’ve hidden some secret achievements to reward your curiosity and explorative tendencies. Have fun finding them!
Narrative and Bonds
  • Added a new Memory for Morgan.
  • Removed the Bonding level cap for Morgan.
  • Added the Rank-C and Rank-B uniforms for Almond.
  • Added the Rank-C uniform for Raz.
  • Minor dialogue tweaks and improvements.
  • Fixed several animation issues during certain Bonds’ events.
UI
  • Added Inventory Filtering.
  • Improved the Inventory Sorting functionality, including ascending and descending options.

 

  • Updated the Refresh Now UI to provide more helpful information.
  • Added the ability to close sub-UIs (e.g. market trades) by tapping outside of the sub-UI.
  • Added an option to watch an advertisement to recover health instantly before going into battle.
  • Slight improvements for the information presented in the Activities UI.
  • Added new SFX and improved existing SFX.
  • [Quality of Life] You can now long press on the version number/player ID at the bottom of the screen to copy your player, character and version details.
Performance
  • Decreased loading times when launching the app by about 20-25%.
  • Decreased loading times when going into battle by about 10%.
  • Decreased loading times when returning from battle to town by about 25-30%.
  • Improved frame rates in town and in battle by about 20-25%.
  • Improved device memory usage by about 15-20%.
  • Slightly reduced device heating issues.

Premium Market
  • Introduced a new bundle: Curiosity Pack.
  • Added purchases for Stats Reset Tickets and Refresh Tickets, using Crystal Gems.
  • Added purchases for Coins, using Crystal Gems.
  • Added the Gem Conversion feature to enable the conversion of Prisma Gems to Crystal Gems with custom amounts.
  • Added an advertisement section that gives chest rewards.
  • Reduced the amount of advertisements available per day for Refresh Tickets.
  • Updated the buttons for advertisements to show the remaining time until the advertisements refresh.
  • Fixed an issue where the First Time Purchase Bonus banner was not showing.
Balance Changes
  • Increased the stats for all armoury items.
  • Adjusted the purchase and upgrade costs for all armoury items.
  • Increased the stats for all enemies.
  • Adjusted the enemy layouts across most story routes and trails.
  • Increased Dagger’s Slash damage from 150% → 200%.
  • Reduced the effectiveness of Hammer’s Brace.
  • Reduced the damage for Hammer’s Smash.
  • Reduced Heal values from skill traits.
  • Slightly reduced the base Heal values for Red Potion (Base) and Red Potion II.
  • Slightly increased the base Cooldown duration values for Red Potion (Base) and Red Potion II.
  • Adjusted the story route reward chests to give friendlier rewards.
  • Added more variability to bounty quest and delivery quest rewards.
  • Slightly tweaked the market trades in Maille, Pompon and Caldemount to be more friendly.
  • Slightly reduced the drop rate for Globesouls.
Other Changes
  • [Travelling Merchant] Added trades for the Experience Ring and the Fortune Amulet.
  • [Travelling Merchant] Removed Stats Reset Ticket trade.
  • [Travelling Merchant] Removed Prisma Gem to Crystal Gem trades.
  • Updated the formatting for the version information text at the bottom of the screen.
Bug Fixes
  • Fixed an issue where the Crystal Gem amount was not accurately displaying the amount of Crystal Gems owned.
    • Note: This was causing some players to encounter an issue where it was not possible to purchase items using Crystal Gems as they had fewer Crystal Gems than what was shown.
  • Fixed an issue where Armoury item sprites and Skill Book sprites were appearing broken.
  • Fixed an issue where certain Skill Books (e.g. Sword of the King) could not be purchased from the Travelling Merchant.
  • Fixed an issue where a trail would be completely empty after previously being defeated by a Boss enemy in that trail.
  • Fixed an exploit where HP would regenerate faster than intended after travelling between towns.
  • Fixed an issue where Delivery Quests were not resetting properly after Reset Progress.
  • Fixed an issue where the Omega Dire Wolf’s SFX would play even with Sound and Music Settings turned off.
  • Fixed an issue where the potion could be used while affected by a stun status.
  • Fixed an issue where defeated enemies could get “stuck” to the Postknight, causing battles to not end forever.
  • Fixed an issue where ranged attacks could miss.
  • Fixed an issue where dodged attacks would appear with the “Blocked” hover text.
  • Fixed an issue where the Hammer could get stuck.
  • Fixed some weird NPC positioning in towns.
  • Fixed several visual issues by preventing split-screen/multi-window functionalities on Android.
  • Fixed an issue where it was possible to move during certain dialogue cutscenes.
  • Fixed a visual flaw where the wrong information was shown in tooltips for Potion Advancement.
  • Fixed a visual flaw where the wrong Bond preferences were shown in the Gift Inventory UI.
  • Fixed an issue where Shuttles were not receiving damage from Hammer’s Smash properly.
